Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage import/export documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and warehouse teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Classify goods accurately according to HS Codes for proper duty assessment.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential customs delays or bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate records of all customs filings and logistics correspondence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize shipping costs and lead times.
- Stay updated on changing government trade policies and customs requirements in Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Customs Broker, Logistics Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Import/Export regulations and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with HS Code classification and customs clearance software (e.g., CEISA).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex documentation.
- Professional certification in customs handling (PPJK) is highly preferred.
