Are you a strategic alliance professional looking to make your mark at APAC's leading Cloud Managed Service Provider (MSP)? We are looking for a high-performing Partner Manager to own and accelerate our strategic relationships with AWS, GCP, Azure, and cutting-edge AI partners like Anthropic.
In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our technical teams and our hyperscaler partners. You will drive high-impact co-sell initiatives, lead partner incentive programs, and ensure our organization remains at the forefront of the cloud ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of a regional leader while working with the most advanced cloud technologies available today.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive alliance strategies with AWS, GCP, and Azure to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Lead the co-sell motion by aligning our sales teams with partner account managers to win complex cloud projects.
- Manage partner portals, ensuring all certifications, competencies, and program requirements are met and maintained.
- Optimize the utilization of partner funding, including MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and technical subsidies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch joint GTM (Go-To-Market) campaigns and events.
- Provide regular reporting on partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and overall ecosystem health.
- Stay abreast of changes in partner programs and communicate strategic shifts to internal leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Alliance Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development within the Cloud or IT sector.
- Proven track record of working within the AWS, GCP, or Azure partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Managed Services (MSP) and professional services business models.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate technical cloud concepts into business value for partners and clients.
- Experience navigating complex corporate structures and partner incentive programs.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
