Tanggung Jawab
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify experienced container trailer drivers and transport professionals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and verify driving records to ensure candidates meet safety and skill standards.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new driver hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified drivers.
- Collaborate closely with fleet managers to understand specific job requirements and operational challenges.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and social media to expand the reach of job postings.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the logistics, transport, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of the container trailer sector and the specific requirements for heavy vehicle operation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to assess technical and soft skills.
- Valid driver's license is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job boards.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet strict hiring deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
