Tanggung Jawab
- Manage check-in counters and process passenger documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional assistance to passengers regarding boarding procedures, flight delays, and gate changes.
- Handle flight announcements and maintain clear communication with airport security and ground operations.
- Resolve passenger concerns and complaints with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Ensure compliance with international aviation safety and security protocols at all times.
- Coordinate with ramp and cabin crew to ensure punctual departures and arrivals.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly travelers and unaccompanied minors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Minimum height: 160 cm for female and 170 cm for male (proportional weight).
- Possess a customer-centric mindset with a friendly and polite attitude.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Technologically proficient and able to operate check-in software systems.
- Willing to be stationed at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK).
