Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage check-in counters and process passenger documentation efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional assistance to passengers regarding boarding procedures, flight delays, and gate changes.
  • Handle flight announcements and maintain clear communication with airport security and ground operations.
  • Resolve passenger concerns and complaints with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Ensure compliance with international aviation safety and security protocols at all times.
  • Coordinate with ramp and cabin crew to ensure punctual departures and arrivals.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly travelers and unaccompanied minors.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Minimum height: 160 cm for female and 170 cm for male (proportional weight).
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset with a friendly and polite attitude.
  • Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Technologically proficient and able to operate check-in software systems.
  • Willing to be stationed at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK).
