Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with the highest level of professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule medical consultations, diagnostic tests, and stem cell treatment sessions accurately.
- Act as the primary liaison between patients and the multidisciplinary medical team to ensure clear communication.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic patient records (EMR) in strict compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Explain treatment processes, clinic policies, and administrative requirements clearly to patients and their families.
- Oversee the patient billing process and coordinate with the finance department regarding payments and insurance.
- Facilitate follow-up appointments and monitor patient satisfaction levels throughout their treatment journey.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient coordination, medical administration, or high-end hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Emppathetic nature with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in a high-end clinical setting.
