Tanggung Jawab
- Orchestrate end-to-end patient journey coordination across oncology care continuum
- Act as primary liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and payers
- Develop and implement personalized care plans addressing clinical and psychosocial needs
- Facilitate access to Roche's innovative oncology therapies and support programs
- Monitor patient progress and proactively resolve barriers to care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery workflows
- Document patient interactions and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related healthcare field
- 3+ years of oncology patient care coordination or healthcare advocacy experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian healthcare systems and oncology pathways
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Clinical knowledge of oncology treatments, side effects, and supportive care
- Proficiency in patient education and emotional support techniques
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Data management experience with EHR systems
