Tanggung Jawab
- Create precise and accurate patterns for various garment types based on design specifications
- Collaborate with designers to understand design concepts and translate them into technical patterns
- Ensure patterns meet production requirements and quality standards
- Make necessary adjustments to patterns based on fitting sessions and feedback
- Develop grading patterns for different sizes while maintaining design integrity
- Work with production team to ensure patterns can be efficiently manufactured
- Stay updated on industry trends and pattern-making techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patterns and revisions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion industry (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of pattern-making techniques and garment construction
- Proficiency in pattern-making software (such as Gerber, Lectra, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in pattern creation
- Good understanding of fabric properties and their impact on pattern design
- Ability to interpret design sketches and create technical patterns
- Strong problem-solving skills for pattern adjustments and modifications
- Good communication skills for collaborating with design and production teams
