In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial transaction ecosystem, ensuring that every payment processed is secure, accurate, and seamless.
As a Payment Gateway Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our technical operations and financial reconciliation processes. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payment transactions, troubleshoot integration challenges, and optimize performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payment gateway operations, including initial integration and ongoing configuration.
- Monitor transaction success rates and proactively troubleshoot failures to ensure service uptime.
- Perform daily and monthly financial reconciliation to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payment partners and merchant service providers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all payment integration processes and technical setups.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payment efficiency and reduce latency.
- Generate periodic reports on payment performance, transaction volumes, and reconciliation status for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payment gateway operations, e-commerce, or FinTech sectors.
- Strong understanding of payment processing flows, API integrations, and transaction lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience with reconciliation software or ERP systems is a significant advantage.
