- Oversee end-to-end payment operations across global markets including transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance security protocols
- Ensure compliance with international payment regulations (PCI DSS, PSD2, AML) across all jurisdictions
- Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot payment failures and implement process improvements
- Analyze payment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational enhancement
- Manage relationships with payment processors, banking partners, and fintech vendors
- Design scalable payment infrastructure to support market expansion and transaction volume growth
- Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- 3+ years of experience in payment operations, fintech, or financial services leadership role
- Expert knowledge of global payment systems, regulations, and cross-border transaction flows
- Proficiency in payment processing platforms (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal) and financial analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex payment data and derive insights
- Proven track record of managing payment operations teams and driving process optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and experience handling payment disputes and fraud cases
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
