Tanggung Jawab
- Support the end-to-end execution of monthly payroll cycles for regional entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and audit employee data within our global HRIS to ensure seamless synchronization between HR and Finance systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Tax, Legal, and Finance to resolve complex payroll inquiries and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and reconciliations for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the payroll workflow.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll technologies and local compliance updates across the APAC region.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorās or Masterās degree (BS/MS) in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Target graduation date or availability to start full-time by early 2026.
- Foundational knowledge of payroll principles, labor laws, and statutory contributions in Malaysia or regional markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and a strong aptitude for learning new software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll data to diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
