Join The Keranjang Bali's dynamic procurement team as a PDCA Purchasing Specialist and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain operations. This critical role involves conducting in-depth analysis of purchasing processes, implementing systematic monitoring mechanisms, and executing actionable improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities, implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies, and ensure purchasing activities align with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, process optimization expertise, and a commitment to excellence in procurement management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing purchasing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement PDCA cycle frameworks for continuous procurement optimization
- Monitor purchasing KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and impact
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and improve service quality
- Document process improvements and create standardized procurement procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards
- Present improvement reports and recommendations to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing operations
- Proven expertise implementing PDCA methodologies in procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM) is preferred
