We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated PDI Inspector to join our team in Purwakarta. In this critical quality assurance role, you will be the final gatekeeper ensuring that every vehicle meets our rigorous safety and performance standards before reaching the customer. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our brand reputation by identifying defects, overseeing rework processes, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality bottlenecks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on vehicles according to standardized checklists.
- Identify, document, and report mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic defects.
- Manage and validate rework processes to ensure all repairs meet quality specifications.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve cross-functional quality issues.
- Maintain accurate logs and inspection reports for all processed vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company operational guidelines.
- Verify that all vehicle accessories and documentation are complete before handover.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive PDI, quality control, or vehicle maintenance.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle cosmetic and mechanical flaws.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools for reporting and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-pressure production team.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License (SIM A) is highly preferred.
