PT Mai Mobil Indonesia, the leading distributor for Geely electric vehicles in Indonesia, is currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Technician to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in our quality assurance process, ensuring that every electric vehicle meets Geely's stringent global standards before it is handed over to the client. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on all new electric vehicle units upon arrival.
- Perform detailed visual and functional checks of exterior, interior, and electrical systems.
- Test vehicle software and battery management systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all inspection findings accurately in the company’s internal quality control system.
- Coordinate with the service team to address and rectify any identified mechanical or electronic defects.
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and prepared to showroom standards prior to delivery.
- Maintain tools and equipment in compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive PDI or general automotive repair/maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems, including battery technology and onboard electronics.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is mandatory.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and capable of working independently.
