PT ULU LAB SEA is looking for a meticulous and experienced professional to join our team in Badung, Bali, as a Penanggung Jawab Akun BPOM (Part-Time). In this critical regulatory role, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM). You will be responsible for ensuring that all product registrations, document submissions, and compliance standards strictly adhere to Indonesian health regulations.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Pharmacy who understands the complexities of cosmetic or supplement regulatory frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a flexible, part-time commitment while managing high-stakes regulatory responsibilities for a growing company in the beauty and wellness industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the authorized Person in Charge (Penanggung Jawab) for BPOM account management.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit all necessary documentation for product registration and notification to BPOM.
  • Monitor and ensure continuous compliance of company products with current BPOM regulations and health standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify product labeling, ingredient lists, and marketing claims against regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage the online BPOM portal (NIE/Notifikasi) and handle all administrative correspondence.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes and provide guidance to management on impact assessments.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Pharmacy.
  • Possess a valid and active Pharmacist License (STRA) or relevant professional credentials.
  • Proven experience in handling BPOM registration systems and regulatory affairs.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian health and consumer safety regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically regarding document accuracy and administrative precision.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with regulatory authorities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time capacity.
