Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain optimal water parameters (pH, oxygen, temperature) daily
- Perform routine pond cleaning, filter maintenance, and equipment checks
- Administer preventive treatments and health monitoring for koi populations
- Manage feeding schedules and nutritional requirements based on fish lifecycle
- Document pond health metrics and maintenance activities systematically
- Collaborate with veterinarians for disease prevention and treatment protocols
- Train junior staff on pond management best practices and safety procedures
- Implement sustainable water conservation and waste management practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in koi pond or aquaculture management
- Certification in aquatic biology or aquaculture technology preferred
- Deep understanding of koi biology, nutrition, and disease prevention
- Proficiency in water quality testing equipment and filtration systems
- Physical ability to perform pond maintenance in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills for water chemistry and fish health issues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
