In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our workforce capabilities through structured development initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on competency matrices development, ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across various departments. Furthermore, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, from design and coordination to delivery, while providing essential administrative support to our Learning & Development team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training strategies.
- Develop and maintain competency matrices aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs.
- Support the administration of training records and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare detailed reports to demonstrate impact.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements and support succession planning.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance employee performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, HR development, or Learning & Development.
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks, adult learning principles, and TNA methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
