Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day management of key client accounts, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for client issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and HR teams to identify staffing needs, onboard new hires, and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Monitor team performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and implement coaching and development plans to enhance individual and team capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvements, presenting strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
- Facilitate regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance data, insights, and strategic roadmaps for partnership evolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or people management, preferably within the BPO or call center industry.
- Proven track record in leading teams and achieving performance targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM / project management tools.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in BGC, Taguig on a dayshift schedule.
