Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver direct patient care following clinical protocols and nursing standards
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status changes accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
- Participate in emergency response and critical care situations
Kualifikasi
- S1 Nursing degree (S.Kep) or equivalent qualification
- Valid Indonesian nursing license (STR) with current registration
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts and handle emergency situations
- Fluency in English is advantageous for international patient care
