Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive patient consultations explaining treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare protocols
- Perform pre/post-operative assessments and monitor patient recovery progress
- Administer aesthetic treatments under medical supervision with precision and care
- Maintain detailed patient records and clinic inventory management
- Uphold strict hygiene standards and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes
- Educate patients on skincare routines and long-term maintenance
- Support clinic marketing initiatives through patient testimonials and referrals
Kualifikasi
- S1/D3 degree in Nursing with valid Indonesian nursing license (STR)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology
- Proficiency in administering injectables and laser treatments (certification preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build patient rapport
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely
- Proficient in electronic health record systems and clinic software
- Commitment to continuous learning in aesthetic advancements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical environment
