Tanggung Jawab
- Perform aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, laser therapies) following clinical protocols
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs and explain treatment options
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control standards
- Monitor patient vitals during procedures and provide immediate post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Coordinate with physicians to optimize treatment plans
- Stay updated on latest aesthetic technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan)
- Valid Indonesian nursing license (STR)
- 1+ years of experience in aesthetic/dermatology nursing preferred
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and aftercare protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build patient trust
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain clinical precision
- Certification in BLS/CPR required
- Professional appearance and compassionate demeanor
