Tanggung Jawab
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols and hospital standards.
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and clinical progress accurately.
- Assisting doctors and specialists during medical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and surgical interventions.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient medical records using our digital health information systems.
- Ensuring a sterile and safe environment for all patients and medical staff.
- Educating patients and their families regarding post-treatment care and medication compliance.
- Collaborating effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Possess a valid and active Nursing License (STR - Surat Tanda Registrasi) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Fresh graduates with strong clinical rotation background are welcome).
- Proficient in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
- Demonstrate high integrity, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Good proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills.
