Tanggung Jawab
- Monitoring vital signs and adjusting treatment plans for critically ill patients
- Operating advanced life-support equipment (ventilators, dialysis, ECMO)
- Administering precise medications and emergency interventions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases
- Documenting patient progress with meticulous attention to detail
- Educating families on critical care procedures and recovery plans
- Participating in rapid response codes and resuscitation efforts
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan dengan STR-Aktif
- Sertifikat Basic Life Support (BLS) dan Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di ICU atau unit kritis
- Kemampuan manajemen ventilator dan monitor pasien kritis
- Komunikasi lisan dan tertulis yang unggul dalam Bahasa Indonesia
- Kemampuan kerja tim di bawah tekanan
- Pengetahuan standar WHO dan protokol rumah sakit
