Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance art curriculum tailored for middle and high school students.
- Plan and facilitate interactive classroom lessons covering drama, movement, and stagecraft.
- Prepare students for school productions, recitals, and showcases throughout the academic year.
- Assess student progress through creative projects, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that promotes creative risk-taking.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate performance arts into broader school initiatives.
- Manage classroom resources, stage equipment, and rehearsal schedules effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Theatre Education, Fine Arts, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or directing performing arts at the secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of various performance techniques and dramatic theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups of students.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the individual needs of middle and high school learners.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a passion for arts education.
- Professional fluency in English and/or Indonesian as required by the curriculum.
