Are you a creative strategist with a passion for driving measurable results in the digital advertising space? Simplygood (Pte Ltd) is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead our Meta and TikTok paid advertising creative strategy for our fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce brand.
This is not your typical branding or social media role. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, with a deep understanding of how creative elements directly impact key metrics like Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Hook Rate, and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
As the Performance Creative Strategist, you'll be the driving force behind our advertising creative direction, responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing ad creatives that convert. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience while meeting our business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok paid advertising campaigns
- Own the end-to-end creative process, from ideation and concept development to production and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify creative opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct A/B testing on various creative elements to optimize for ROAS, CPA, Hook Rate, and CTR
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Present creative strategies and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership team
- Manage creative assets and ensure proper organization and version control
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta and TikTok advertising
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing creative strategies that drive measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and creative optimization techniques
- Excellent understanding of DTC eCommerce business models and customer acquisition strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative strategies and results
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
