Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate performance dashboards to monitor daily logistics operations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify root causes for operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional projects to implement sustainable solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to forecast demand and optimize resource allocation across delivery hubs.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to standardize operating procedures and improve hub-level productivity.
- Conduct deep-dive audits on courier performance and delivery routes to ensure peak service standards.
- Manage the end-to-end performance lifecycle, from setting ambitious targets to tracking successful execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management, supply chain analytics, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and advanced SQL/Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical data into simplified business recommendations.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and driving operational process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting business priorities in the logistics sector.
