Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to clients, assessing their financial needs and objectives
- Promote and recommend suitable banking products including savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product knowledge to offer informed advice
- Prepare and present financial plans and investment proposals to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in financial advisory, banking sales, or wealth management
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Self-motivated, resilient, and customer-focused
- Relevant certifications such as CMFAS or M9/M9A are preferred
