Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the Sales Department Head's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and international travel arrangements.
- Provide high-level translation and interpretation services (Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa) during business meetings and for official documents.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Head and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of directives.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, business presentations, and briefing materials for executive-level reviews.
- Organize and attend strategic meetings, taking accurate minutes and tracking follow-up actions to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential business information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and administrative documentation related to department operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Linguistics (Mandarin), or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to senior management.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is mandatory; HSK Level 5 or 6 certification is highly preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for corporate communication.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in Jakarta Pusat and flexibility for occasional business travel.
