You will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of professionalism while navigating diverse routes across Banten and beyond. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional reliability, discretion, and proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate and address travel challenges before they impact executive schedules. This position offers the opportunity to support a dynamic manufacturing and logistics company while developing expertise in executive transportation protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe, punctual, and confidential transportation services for the CEO daily activities
- Maintain executive vehicle in optimal condition through regular maintenance checks and cleaning
- Plan efficient routes considering traffic conditions, appointments, and executive preferences
- Manage travel documentation, fuel logistics, and vehicle-related administrative tasks
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding executive schedules and conversations
- Coordinate with security team for secure transportation protocols
- Act as cultural ambassador representing company values during all interactions
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A and SIM C with minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Proven track record in executive or personal driving roles
- Deep knowledge of Banten road networks and traffic patterns
- Exceptional time management and route optimization skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional communication abilities
- Spotless driving record and clean background check
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and in unexpected situations
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
