Pacific Lubritama Indonesia is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and reliable Personal Driver to support our expatriate team in Jakarta. As a key representative of our company, you will ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation for our expatriate personnel, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Jakarta’s complex traffic patterns, excellent navigation skills, and a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance. We are looking for someone who understands the cultural nuances of working with international professionals and can provide a seamless commuting experience while maintaining a clean, well-presented, and mechanically sound vehicle at all times.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe and reliable daily transportation for expatriate personnel to and from office locations, meetings, and events.
- Navigate Jakarta’s traffic effectively using GPS tools and alternative routes to ensure punctual arrival.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the car is clean, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling and route planning.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger conversations and schedules.
- Handle vehicle documentation, including registration renewals, insurance, and service logs.
- Assist with basic errands as required to support the expatriate’s daily needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal driver for expats or high-level executives.
- Possess a valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A/B).
- Strong command of the Jakarta road network and traffic management strategies.
- Basic English proficiency is highly preferred to communicate effectively with the expatriate.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Ability to maintain a calm and courteous demeanor under pressure.
- Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic accidents or violations.
