Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport executives and staff to meetings, appointments, and events across Jakarta
- Maintain assigned vehicle in optimal condition through regular cleaning, maintenance checks, and timely servicing
- Plan efficient routes using real-time traffic data to ensure punctuality and fuel efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Manage logistical tasks including luggage handling, document delivery, and errand services
- Provide discreet and professional service while maintaining confidentiality of conversations and materials
- Submit detailed trip reports and expense documentation as required
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian SIM with minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years
- Extensive knowledge of Jakarta road networks, traffic patterns, and alternative routes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting common vehicle issues
- Strong time management skills with ability to adhere to tight schedules
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Flexibility to work extended hours including weekends and holidays as needed
