Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust client portfolios within Sumatera Utara region
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analysis for loan applications
- Present customized financing solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements

- Monitor portfolio performance and implement proactive delinquency management strategies

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in consumer/commercial lending with proven track record
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional certification from OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) is mandatory
- Deep understanding of Sumatera Utara's local market dynamics
- Proficiency in lending software and MS Office suite
