Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem
- Apply appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations
- Provide recommendations to clients on pest prevention measures and maintenance practices
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and treatments applied
- Safely handle and store pest control chemicals and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide follow-up services
- Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in pest control is a plus
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to identify common pests and understand their behavior patterns
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
