Are you a detail-oriented supply chain professional with a passion for process optimization? Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled PFEP (Plan For Every Part) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing complex data sets to ensure seamless material flow, optimizing logistics processes, and driving operational excellence.
As a PFEP Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between production requirements and logistics execution. You will maintain master data accuracy, analyze inventory levels, and implement strategies that reduce lead times while improving overall service efficiency. We are looking for an English-proficient candidate who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update the PFEP database to ensure 100% accuracy in part data and logistics requirements.
- Analyze supply chain data to optimize material flow and storage strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the logistics process.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure just-in-time delivery.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and material handling activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights regarding supply chain performance to senior management.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/Lean) to reduce logistics costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in PFEP, Material Planning, or logistics engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
