Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Quality Control (QC) systems, ensuring all software and hardware configurations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime in laboratory operations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of electronic records and data within the QC environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and system checks to identify potential risks or non-conformities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to system management.
- Assist in the training of staff on QC system usage and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a QC or Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and data integrity principles is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and QC software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant data analysis tools.
