Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to physician prescriptions
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients and healthcare staff
- Monitor drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with medical teams on medication therapy management
- Maintain precise patient medication records and documentation
- Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from accredited institution
- Valid Indonesian pharmacist license (SIP)
- Minimum 2 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and drug therapy protocols
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Proficiency in hospital pharmacy management systems
- Commitment to ethical pharmaceutical practices and patient safety
