Tanggung Jawab
- Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, and other blood collection procedures accurately and efficiently
- Ensure proper patient identification and maintain patient confidentiality
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety procedures
- Label, process, and transport specimens to the laboratory following established protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and patient information
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort during procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Medical Technology, Nursing, or related healthcare field
- Certification in Phlebotomy or relevant laboratory procedures preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in blood collection or related healthcare setting
- Knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
