Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate freelance photographers, videographers, and vendor partners to ensure timely project delivery
- Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality photography and videography projects
- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, color grading, and final output
- Optimize operational efficiency by streamlining creative workflows and resource allocation
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual deliverables
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with campaign objectives
- Stay current with emerging visual technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional photography/videography experience
- Proven team management experience with freelancers and external vendors
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse visual storytelling capabilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced creative environments
