Tanggung Jawab
- Produce professional photography and videography of property listings, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots
- Edit and enhance visual content using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all technical aspects of production meet professional standards
- Create engaging video content for social media, virtual tours, and promotional campaigns
- Stay updated with visual trends and emerging technologies in real estate marketing
- Coordinate with property teams to schedule shoots and ensure seamless on-site execution
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate work
- Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, drones, lighting equipment, and audio recording
- Expertise in photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop) and video production (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting techniques, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual content for commercial/marketing purposes
