Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute professional photo shoots for product launches, campaigns, and social media content
- Produce high-resolution videos including tutorials, behind-the-scenes, and promotional content
- Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software to ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with campaign objectives
- Manage and maintain photography/videography equipment including lighting, cameras, and accessories
- Stay updated on visual trends and techniques to ensure innovative content creation
- Assist in developing creative concepts and storyboards for visual projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in commercial photography and videography
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skills and creative vision
- Experience with studio and location lighting setups
- Knowledge of cosmetic product photography techniques
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
