Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily network performance to ensure optimal delivery efficiency.
- Coordinate with local delivery partners and internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze logistics data to provide actionable insights for service improvement.
- Manage inventory flow and distribution scheduling within the assigned Bungo territory.
- Maintain compliance with J&T Cargo's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Generate periodic reports on network health and performance metrics for management.
- Facilitate effective communication between hub operations and last-mile delivery teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or network coordination.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle dynamic operational challenges.
- Local knowledge of the Bungo, Jambi area is a significant advantage.
