As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining the smooth flow of materials to meet production targets.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective production plans, monitor inventory levels, and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will directly contribute to reducing costs, minimizing waste, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
- Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material procurement to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Coordinate with production departments to ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and material consumption
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize supplier relationships and material sourcing
- Implement inventory control systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and supply chain metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and identify trends
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
