As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurate material selection, sorting, and handling to support our production and supply chain activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and sort materials according to picking lists and specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and quantity, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation.
- Package and label materials for shipment or storage.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report discrepancies or damage to supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMK) or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in warehouse or picking roles preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for recording purposes.
- Willingness to work in a mining environment at Sampit location.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Valid health certificate and ability to pass a medical check.
