Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on digital order requirements.
- Perform quality checks on all items to ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Efficiently pack customer orders to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all warehouse safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure daily order fulfillment targets are achieved.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or stock issues to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with periodic stock audits and inventory counts as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or as a picker is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting packages and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good command of basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Willing to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to the Jakarta Barat area.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and capable of working well within a fast-paced team.
