Transsion is a global leader in mobile communications and smart devices, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Plan Management Control (PMC) Specialist to join our manufacturing hub in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run seamlessly by bridging the gap between demand planning, material availability, and production output.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and adjust daily and weekly production plans to meet sales targets.
- Analyze material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely arrival of components.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and internal factory teams in Mandarin to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Track production progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report discrepancies to management.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while preventing production downtime.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to streamline the order-to-delivery process.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production delays and implement sustainable corrective measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5/6 equivalent or native level) is strictly required for this role.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PMC, production planning, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) and production scheduling techniques.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging cultural and functional gaps.
