Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika is seeking a highly skilled Planned Maintenance Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Karawang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our production assets, ensuring maximum uptime through meticulous planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will lead a dedicated team to execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, effectively minimizing downtime and optimizing machine efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with production managers to plan maintenance windows that minimize impact on throughput.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/TPM) to enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), and CMMS software.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop technical teams.
- Deep understanding of industrial machinery, automation, and electrical control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
