Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to meet fluctuating demand requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Analyze production data and forecast trends to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.
- Communicate production issues, bottlenecks, and status updates to management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the Mandarin-speaking headquarters to align local strategies with corporate goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all planning activities.
- Continuously improve planning processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning or supply chain management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) to effectively liaise with international teams and headquarters.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driving license (preferred for local mobility within the industrial zone).
