Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Planning Officer - DC to enhance our distribution network. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between our manufacturing output and market demand, ensuring that our high-quality products reach all Business Units, including other Distribution Centers, Depots, and strategic Partners efficiently and on time.
As a Planning Officer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive delivery plans and analyzing distribution data to optimize routes and load planning. You will collaborate closely with warehouse operations and transport management to monitor performance metrics, resolve logistics bottlenecks, and ensure seamless supply chain operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage delivery plans from the Distribution Center (DC) to all Business Units, ensuring optimal product flow.
- Analyze distribution data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure accurate load planning and scheduling.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve distribution performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align distribution strategies with company goals.
- Ensure all delivery activities comply with safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in logistics planning, supply chain operations, or a similar role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential for data modeling and reporting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various departments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
