Tanggung Jawab
- Manage purchase orders (POs) from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all brands
- Oversee production capacity planning and allocate resources efficiently to meet demand forecasts
- Coordinate with factories to establish realistic production schedules and monitor progress
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production plans with market demand
- Develop contingency plans for production delays and ensure on-time delivery
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while maintaining service level targets
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in footwear/apparel industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain best practices
