Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on the master production plan.
- Supervise and monitor each stage of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to the established timeline.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw material availability meets production requirements.
- Analyze production capacity and manpower requirements to optimize output and efficiency.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the production line and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production progress, variances, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department to ensure all planned outputs meet the company's quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) or a similar planning role within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and production management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both floor staff and management.
- Resident of or willing to be stationed in Kabupaten Kendal, Central Java.
