Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all plant operations, ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and mentor a team of department managers and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
- Manage plant budget, including capital expenditures and operational costs
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Experience in budget management and financial planning
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex operational problems
